Have you heard the news?! We are moving back Stateside and we couldn't be more thrilled to be living in Michiana (Southwest Michigan and NW Indiana) just outside Chicagoland! We will be offering our wedding photography services to the Michiana and that's not all! Olivia will also be doing day of coordination and planning or Marion Magnolia Farms in Cassopolis, Michigan. Over the years, Olivia has helped with many parts of her photography clients wedding day and when Brittany proposed the idea to come alongside her and Lauren she knew it would be something she wouldn't want to pass up. Olivia's first full production of a styled wedding session was at Marion Magnolia Farms so we thought we'd share some of session with you.

The styled shoot was inspired by my china set and it's lovely blue, yellow, and dark pink flowers.
I chose fresh hydrangeas, cala lilies and eucalyptus from Vite's Greenhouse in Niles to bring to life the vibrant colors. Hydrangeas were an obvious choice as they are my favorite flower, I chose three different colors and kinds to bring diversity of textures and colors to the bouquet. The eucalyptus added nice fringe and movement to the bouquet along with the pink hydrangea's little pop out flowers. I chose cala lilies for their elegance and soft details to contrast that of the tiny hydrangea flowers.
We went for a classic meets rustic vibe by adding crystal wine glasses and florals in mason jars. We used a dark blue table cloth to make the plates pop and add depth.
We captured some photos of Brittany in MMF's lovely cocktail area. I played around with shooting through some of the chandeliers. I love the effect, what do you think?
Marion Magnolia Farms have added many new features to their venue such as an outdoor ceremony area, landscaping, indoor bar, and bridal suite. We look forward to many more memories with you there!
